How do I access my personalized digital gallery?
Mama Muir ensures customer privacy by not publicly posting links to client galleries. After completion of your photo session Mama Muir will add images to your personal image gallery and then provide a secure link to you via email or text messaging based on your preference.
How is my image gallery secured?
All client galleries come with both a client and guest code allowing you to share access to the imagery with co-workers, friends, or loved ones. The client code permits you to mark photos as private which you prefer your guests not be able to view. Should you need your secure client code reset, simply click the Contact button at the bottom of this page and let us know how we can assist.
Can my guests purchase images if I allow?
Guests or clients can purchase additional downloads and prints directly from the gallery with many available sizing and frame options available.
What if I cannot locate my secure gallery link?
If you need Mama Muir to resend your secure link, no problem, click the Contact button at the bottom of this page and Mama Muir will reply just as soon as able. After verifying your identity an additional secure link can be sent.
